Abstract


ปัจจุบันมีกระแสของการรับประทานอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพมากขึ้น จึงทำให้ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพหาแนวทางและกลยุทธ์ต่าง ๆ ที่จะสนองตอบความต้องการของลูกค้าในสภาวการณ์ที่มีการแข่งขันทางการตลาด การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำ กลยุทธ์ส่วนประสมทางการตลาด 7Ps ความมีนวัตกรรม และความสำเร็จผู้ประกอบการอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพ 2) ภาวะผู้นำที่มีอิทธิพลต่อกลยุทธ์ส่วนประสมทางการตลาด 7Ps  3) ภาวะผู้นำที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความมีนวัตกรรม...
